Matthew 25: Mass & Recognition Dinner

For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave
me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me... And the king will say
to them in reply, 'Amen I say to you, whatever you did for one of
these least of mine, you did for me.'

Matthew 25: 35, 40

Christ the King—Linda Palmer
Linda Palmer was born in Chicago on the segregated South side. Despite being very poor, her parents provided all six children a Catholic education until high school. Linda says: "I grew up during the height of the civil rights era and learned from so many others who lived their faith by giving of their time and resources. After many years of frustration seeking others to share the workload—and always falling short, I've come to this restorative revelation: Many are called, some hear the call, very few answer the call, and even fewer are able to actually know that the call means to serve God's poor and needy."
